- Review documents such as Project HSE Plan, HSE Procedures, HSE Performance, Emergency Procedures, Training Plan and Risk Assessment
- Conduct construction related HSE trainings to Project Management Consultant staff to identify site hazards during activities at site
- Prepare lessons learned and HSE close out reports for projects
- Conduct formal HSE meetings on weekly basis with Contractor Site management and ensure recommended actions are implemented and closed by the Contractor
- Design Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and communicate implementation to the team
- Leading the implementation of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) and Hazard Communication (HAZCOM) on site
- Coordinate with Management to ensure company HSE requirements and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) achieved at site
- Prepared HSE performance reports, Accident Trend Analysis and Safety Presentations on Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly for management review
- Ensured and monitoring the compliance and maintenance of Waste Stream Management
- conducted company internal audit and safety Audit for contractor
- Reviewed CONTRACTOR HSE documents such as HSEMS Manual, Project HSE Plan, HSE Procedures,
HSE Performance, Emergency Procedures, Training Plan, Risk Assessment,
method statement, checklists, HSE personnel CV and technical qualification for approval
